Beyond Blue
A short and simple game that nevertheless can be delightful.
This is not Subnautica. It's a risk-free simple exploration game. Just look at the map and scan all the animals, that's it. But it's pleasant to navigate, even if the graphics are underwhelming, and is interwoven with a little bit of story, decent voice acting, and a great soundtrack. Also included are very nice little documentary clips to ground the game and keep you focused on it's essential goal: education about ocean sciences.
Without a doubt, a bigger budget could have turned this into something more interesting and with broader appeal. Better graphics, for one, but also more satisfying and deeper gameplay.
But it is what it is, and for what it is it's a nice little experience.
