Dark Parables: Rise of the Snow Queen [Collector's Edition]

This is Dark Parables #3, which is loosely based on Snow White with a mix of other fairly tale elements, especially Hansel and Gretel as a bonus adventure. If you enjoyed #2, The Exiled Prince, you may enjoy this game even more.

It is solid. Artwork is excellent, the story is remarkably well written, and even the voice acting should be commended. Unfortunately, the gameplay is a underwhelming. This is a hidden-fragment game rather than a classic hidden-object game. The puzzle mini-games are adequate but simple. All in all, it's too easy and too repetitive.

This is not the best game you've ever played, but it does what it says it does. Recommend for HOG fans!
