Forgotten Places: Regained Castle
This is a mediocre and fairly easy casual point-and-click adventure.
The drawings and music are nice, and it's long and interesting enough, however it suffers from an especially clunky user interface. It requires you to drag and drop objects, wait patiently for animations and text to finish, and uses non-intuitive button placements. Especially annoying is that the same button location is used in other contexts for something entirely different. You will click the wrong things. As another example of poor design, I almost finished the game before realizing that it is possible to travel fast using the map: you just have to click on the room image rather than the room itself. That was not obvious at all.
The hidden-object scenes are far too easy, but the puzzles are pleasant enough. Unfortunately, you will need to do some pixel hunting to find some objects, especially if you're playing on expert mode.
The story is quite cliché, however it's revealed to you at a good pace and with careful devices.
All in all, not great and not bad.
