Outlaws: Corwin's Treasure
Do not buy this game! It is ridiculously short, as if someone ran out of budget before finishing it. (Ignore Steam's reported game time for me, it is more like 1 hour really.)
If you insist, here's what to expect: a mediocre and overly easy casual point-and-click adventure.
Every aspect of this game is average. Hidden-object scenes and puzzle mini-games are trivially simple. Graphics are comparatively bland. The story is predictable from within the first minute. And the characters are so cliché that they could have been funny parodies, but unfortunately this game pretends to be serious. Sometimes the sum is greater than its parts, but in this case the experience as a whole falls flat.
If there's one "difficult" part of the game is that some puzzles require you to click at the exact right place. But that's not a fair challenge, that's just frustrating and annoying.
Also, I experienced bugs. I tried to customize my diffidently level in the menu but it kept switching back to "easy" mode when I quit, even though my game location was saved correctly. And the names of objects don't always match. E.g. a kiwi is not an avocado.
