Small Town Terrors: Pilgrim's Hook [Collector's Edition]
Despite the awful title, this is a good hidden-object game with a light Lovecraftian horror atmosphere. It includes challenging puzzles and enjoyable bonuses after you finish the main game.
A nice touch is that it includes a full walkthrough in case you get stuck and lose patience. More hidden-object games should do this! The whole point of casual adventure games is that you want to be spoon fed. :)
Where it falters is in the story: it seems somehow incomplete. There's a villain, but you never quite understand what his plan is, and how the protagonist figures into it. I wouldn't be surprised if the original story somehow got cut down when it came to production...
The achievements are fun, but unfortunately are not linked to Steam.
